Back in late 2017 Bryant Park QIAIF ICAV received the go-ahead to construct a Costa coffee shop in Manor West Retail Park in Tralee. We were chosen as the consulting Engineer for the contract. The contact went to tender in early 2018 and the build was completed in late 2018.
